Title: Humber River Trail May 17
Post by: Ally on May 17, 2020, 03:23:56 PM
There are black and white, Nashville, Magnolia, Redeyed vireo and a whiteeyed vireo in the woods, but I didn't get good photos of them. Redstarts are always fond of cameras though.

The female Oriole was at my feeder, so kind of cheated.

Wow, isolated perch Am Redstart. Even over-exposed to capture the dark head.
Way to go!

Excellent assortment of birds, SS is right about capturing the dark head of the Redstart, looks like you got both male and female.

Oh wow very nice to see the Redstart in that light, never realized there are different shades of black or dark feathering on this bird.
