Title: Rosebreasted Grosbeak and a few others
Post by: Ally on July 16, 2020, 07:41:29 AM
Haven't seen one of grosbeaks for a while. The Downy was so curious about what the flicker is doing, she made a few attempts to get close. Notice the leaves in the trunk, they were fresh two days ago, I guess the squirrels squeezed them in but no idea why.

I have not seen a towhee this year. The Grosbeak lady came again this morning. A small hawk flashed, didn't see clearly what kind.
