Title: Holland Landing Sewage Lagoon

After reading several checklists on eBird, we tried to visit Holland Landing Sewage Lagoon today (July 23, 2020). The gate is open, but there is a sign on the gate stating: no trespassing, violators will be persecuted. Anybody in this forum know how to get access? We don't mind if we have to apply & pay for a permit.

Probably best to stay away.  Especially since COVID has been found in sewage and seems to be airborne, probably best to play it safe.
