Saw this Flycatcher in Markham on Saturday and was wondering what your opinions are.
This was in a field with 2nd growth nearby, not in woods. So probably excludes Least based on that. I'm thinking likely Alder/Willow but it's got so much dusky/olive on the sides and breast and seems yellowish overall, maybe Yellow-bellied? But then the white chin throws me off. Just not sure.

Wow, shots from every angle.
There seems to be some yellow but that can be an illusion.
Fairly dark breast and flanks.
Buff wing bars make it a juvenile
Juvenile Yellow-bellied is my guess.
Any Willow/Ash FC that I've ever seen had a brighter breast and belly.

Looks good for a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher - Willow will have thinner eye ring and not so yellow on the belly as SS pointed out. Here's photos of a Willow taken at Reesor Pond in Markham - it was definitively identified by the 'whit' sound it was making.

Thanks all, I went back yesterday and found the same individual plus 3 more flycatchers which looked far closer to Trails' flycatcher than the one in the original post. They're likely a family and the one pictured is probably the offspring of the nesting couple. Also they vocalized yesterday sounding very close to Willow Flycatchers.
