I used to think that this stance was yoga-esk when I saw a Lesser Yellowlegs
doing it in earnest, but now I believe that the pose is meant to facilitate the
convalescence of a bout of unexpected constipation.

I had an epiphany when I found myself doing the same thing, except it was
then intended as yoga to help my mind focus and yet it wandered to the afore-
mentioned conclusion. Yoga did nothing to deliver focus-correction. My mind
has a mind of its own and it's about as disciplined as a puppy.
