Title: Scarborough Bluffs Park Sep 17

Saw about 30 Palm Warblers yesterday, and at least three kinds of raptors: Red tailed, Coopers( I heard its unique laughter), and the others I think it's Northern Harrier, and a kestrel; That way 4 raptors...

Do you mean Bluffer's Park?
Is there still construction going on?
What part did you visit?
Must have been windy.
