Title: Red-Shouldered Hawk?

I saw this bird flying over Niagara Falls recently.  I think it's a Red-shouldered Hawk, but can anyone here confirm?  Thanks!

Looks like a redtailed to me.

Looks like a Red-tailed hawk to me but I'm now all that familiar with
hawks, rarely getting to photograph one.

Red-tailed Hawk, the belly band is a tell-tale sign.

Thanks!  I don't know hawks well at all so I hadn't even considered red-tailed, but the belly band makes it very clear.
