2nd stop for the day - Purple sandpiper.............. is still at Col Sam today, they are early this year usually seen more in late Nov

Lovely photo. I dropped by there in the afternoon and saw it foraging on the rocks around Whimbrel Point. I heard that next day on the 26th at least one more showed up - people have posted photos of two together. Great find.
