Hi, can someone please help me to ID this juvenile hawk? Thanks

Spotted today in Toronto (High Park) at around 5pm eating a chipmunk.

I think it's a young cooper's. Roundish tail. And relatively thick legs

I tend toward agreement with an ID of juvenile Cooper's hawk.Besides, you heard the boss .... so, get cracking with your log entry.The video was a nice touch. Only the truly gifted think of also takinga video of the contentious subject, instead of thinking it might havebeen a good idea well after the event has occurred. Word had gottenout that I'm not gifted. Meh.
