Title: Possible Rough Legged Hawk, Milton , Mississauga border

Two days in a row while driving to work same location around 12:45 pm "Rough legged Hawk"  hovering at/above side of road.
East 407 ramp to East 401 at Milton, Mississauga border.
Lets see if its there today.
It has Single dark/black band on white undertail.

Interesting. It's around the time of year where they show up in southern Ontario.
