I was able to find 2 Red Crossbills today in Elgin County, my first for Ontario. Lighting was difficult, but at least I was able to get an ID shot.

Very good find Thomas. My only sighting of Red Crossbills came from my trips to Algonquin, 3 and half hour drive away. So was for White-winged until this year when I got to see a few in Ashbridges Bay Park. So anything closer is a bonus.
