Title: Joker Hill Trail and Colonel Sam Smith

Trying to find the Barred Owl and Owlet, failed. My friend couldn't remember the location where they first spotted them. So all I found were a few chips and a quite cooperative Blue Jay

Went to Colonel Sam Smith, hoping to find the night heron. He avoided me, but found a green heron though. And with the help of another birder, found a Immature male Orchard Oriole.

Some waxwings were passing food, missed a more intimate shot. Who is that sitting in the nest?

My guess is Red-winged blackbird nest.
