Found this fellow on my plant. Who is this?

Some type of jumping spider, but beyond that I am clueless.

I don't know the spider.

Is the plant an aeonium? I also have a few of these. Yours has great colors. :)

Maybe, I don't really know its name in English. Thanks. Now it doesn't look good at all. I'm not really green-thumbed.
