My friend, shared this with me that she recorded in her back yard. Why is he doing this? Playing or something wrong?

Likely something wrong, affecting its nervous system.  I know other animals can turn in circles when affected by a virus or parasite.

My neighbour does that on the driveway every morning. I thought it was some form of exercise to keep limber for weekend breakdancing. I've never tried it myself because I'm not into that sort of thing. It does strike me as a metaphor for a typical work day. No matter how fast you work you never get anywhere. Besides, nature is full of cycles ... what's one more encyclios.

Probably got into somebody's stash of coke or amphetamine....people should be more responsible with their drugs.
