Full disclosure:
...... So, has anyone see a Snowy?
I have, a few and far between. First time was in Minesing area on Nov 27, then three when I went to Amherst Island on Dec 3rd and finally 5 near Minesing on Jan 15. To break the doldrums that SS talked about, here are some photos of the last sighting.

Probably a female. I have photographed the same bird in the area around CSSP for at least 4 years. Here is a shot from 3 or 4 years ago.

LOL, SS, your musings are always interesting. Just for the record, I am not on an assignment or taking a course, and it was a long long time ago when I was in school or in a camera club.
You go out because you want to. You, too, can go out for a few hours. Wonder if it's possible to hire a temporary sitter for your dad. Remember Ally has offered to drive you? :)
