Title: Stupid venture
Post by: Ally on November 20, 2022, 03:24:52 PM
I chose the worst hour to go to the park, and snowed most of the time, so worried about the camera, and couldn't find a single owl. The battery quickly died maybe due to the coldness. I didn't have the time to check the setting before these shots. You can make out who they are.

They represent my feelings.

I really suppose that a stupid venture is a hopelessly dangerous venture, or an expeditionary venture with a retinue of stupid people, or a venture with a stupid amount of equipment, or that special kind of stupid that comes from arctic ventures with a dead battery. Been there, done that! Welcome to the stupid club. Personally, I'm thrilled into stupidity that you finally met the entrance requirements. There's a whole world of stupid out there just waiting to be discovered. I've done my bit. Now its your turn to lead the way. I can't wait to hear about your next stupid venture. I've never texted the word stupid this many times. After a while the whole exercise starts to become rather stupid. Somebody stop me!
BTW those harassment photos are actually very exciting shots.

Thanks. I guess I was embrassed because I thought I got better shots of them, forgot that I hadn't taken shots during a storm for a long time, if ever. I couldn't see, and the camera couldn't focus. I ended up with snow everywhere including a pocketful in my purse.
Yes. It was thrilling to see the chase. And it was not that cold.
