Wow, you are venturing out these days!


I was there today. The harle wasn't there. But it was there in the previous three days. I am not happy with my photos. May post one later.


Wonder if the harle was raised by the goldeneyes. Why is it hanging out with the goldies season after season? It may not have any clue who it really is.

I stayed until 3 pm. No luck. It's snowing and cold.

SS, I meant you shut up about making arrangements for Ally and me and do as she said, go to shoot with her. You are welcome to be outspoken to me.  ;)


I said in my previous message that the Harle was around the marina area, but I did not find it yesterday either. Ebird people often post the current locations. I haven't found the bird this week at all.


Yes I was using 400mm plus cropping.


Now I am off to look for owls in the country.
