I keep my birding photos on flicker, how do I post the images here so they are visible without board members having to click the link. If I copy the 1. Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage: or 2. Grab the photo's URL: it doesn't show the image imbedded in the body, thanks.

You need the url (that's the "web address") to the image (and not the page) and then to put it up here you have to enclose it in img (image) tags.
[img]www.flickr.com/your_space/picture_1.jpg[/img]
Those square brackets around the word "img" are known as "Bulletin Board Code" and are not actually HTML (which is why HTML doesn't work). And note that to start the image you put "img" in the brackets, but to end it you use "/img".
