Yesterday and the day before I had brief visits by a pair of Purple Martins. They were quite vocal and checked out the house located on a small island in my 2 acre pond. I haven't had them nest here since 1991 so I'm not optimistic but it would be great if they did. Location is 3 kms west of the town of Stouffville --- 43.98°N 79.32°W. Anyone else having any martin activity?
