A cool, dull morning in the Rouge. Expected to see a Phoebe by now and did indeed see two of them but they took off as soon as I arrived. Also spotted two Eastern bluebirds.

What? Like, warblers aren't cool? You said before that you thought that you heard a Yellow warbler, well I guess you were right. I haven't seen one yet and so far have not heard any in the developing canopy. I haven't seen another phoebe yet either, but I did hear one today ... just couldn't locate it. We have not heard from you of late, so I'm glad to see that you are still engaged in the noble pursuit. Did you see any other warbler species?
