Title: Need ID of what might be Meadowhawk

This makes me think of Meadowhawk. I don't really know. Taken today. I tried to shoot it while it was hovering but the AF wouldn't pick up on such a tiny subject, although I'm sure the lens would have done better without the TC attached. Anyone know what species this is?
