The other day I observed a pair of Green-winged teal among a group of Mallards and thought, I need to get a photo. This morning I returned dressed in my camo poncho and utilized a convenient partially concealed cranny below a fallen tree in order to get a little closer. Unfortunately, acquiring the position does alert the ducks and I can't sit a wait for two hours as a stake-out. Still, I did manage a few more shots of a GWT.
