Title: Two Coopers Hawk soaring, Milton added pics
Post by: Napper on March 04, 2024, 01:30:07 PM
Just around I noon I was lookin out the front window and caught a glimpse or three birds soaring in circles. Thinking they were Red tails I grabbed my camera got outside and took some long distance shots. Turns out there were 2 Coopers Hawks flying together and a distant Turkey vulture.

A very good friend of mine spotted a pair of Eastern Bluebirds last week at Nest box in Newcastle. He walks the trails near the lake shore. He sent a pic of the male.
Napper:)

I am hearing Killdeer while outside on the deck.
