First post, saw this fella at Leslie Spit on Saturday. According to friends of the Spit, you get the Black Garter Snake and a mutation. Is this the mutation? Can some one confirm please

Thanks everyone. This was my second time at the spit and going by what I read on the web, I thought you only get the Garter snake there.
