After 12 noon there was a report of a Blue-winged warbler seen on the grounds of the Guild Inn. I previously spotted a Golden-winged warbler. That now makes two rare warblers in this park since late-April and the peak warbler migration still has one and a half weeks to go. I left early to pick up my new camera body otherwise I might have seen it too. Who would expect a rare warbler on such a slow day?
