Probably a Red-Tailed Hawk. I'm over at Hwy 7 & Woodbine (quite close), and I've seen the Red-Tails btwn Warden and the 404. There should be at least 1 nest in this area, possibly 2.

I've seen these guys too and I'm over at East beaver creek. I usually see him on Hwy 7 and leslie too. I saw one today in the morning and at lunch but this one looked bigger.

Turkey Vulture. Almost the same size as a Bald Eagle.
Easiest to tell by the silvery underwings, and the "V" position of the wings. Both the Bald & Golden eagles would have the wings straight out.

Thanx Kin, good to know, It definitely had the "V" shape wings, this guy was huge!
