I'm sure we'll get blamed for an increase of 1000% over just the can tab that floated over last year.

I'm sure the Yanks will complain that out border is too permeable to aluminum.  We may need to assign an Aluminum-Tsar to control the flow of aluminum.  Is it tin, or aluminum?  How would they know if it is ours?  Oh, yes, surely the French on the label will determine provenance.  I hear that Trump is thinking of establishing a naval base on the Pacific garbage patch and claiming it as American territory.  Well, he's kind of right ... it is mostly American garbage.
