The Friends of Sam Smith Park blog (http://friendsofsamsmithpark.blogspot.com/) has a post up with a video taken at the park featuring an unidentified mammal. My very-mildly-educated guess was a fisher - which I mentioned in the comments - but I thought someone more knowledgeable from here might want to take a look. :)

I've seen the minks there many times. That's too small for a Fisher.
Here's my pic of the mink @ Col Sam http://outdoorontario.net/Gallery/Kins- ... nk1?full=1 (http://outdoorontario.net/Gallery/Kins-Album/Mink1?full=1) and http://outdoorontario.net/Gallery/Kins- ... 712?full=1 (http://outdoorontario.net/Gallery/Kins-Album/Mink_750_266H7712?full=1)

ya thats definitely a mink i dont no why it was a mistery otters arent that small and there tails arnt held up but they drag them around so ya thats a mink also otters dont take food in to rocks like that they just eat what they catch where they catch it. another point is otters mostly only eat fish and it would be unusual to see it dragging that bird or rabbit or what ever that thing was around. Ever unlikely to be a otter definitely a mink
