Hey!!
We had to use the 403 HOV lane escape today on the way home ( traffic on the 401)
I spotted a Northern Harrier over a farm field just South of Britannia rd. between 5th and 4th line Milton..
Very distinctive flight pattern... time was 3:50 pm ish..
