hi folks
My partner Jen and I were at Hawk Hill in High Park at about 11:00AM yesterday, in time for us (Don and another nice guy whose name I did not get) to see the first three or so redtails of the day. We had to leave by 11:30; we were back by 2:00 following a snow squall. The wind was still NW and the sky clearing but in half an hour we saw only a redtail (likely the resident) and what looked to be a sharpie. How did the rest of the day go? Don't tell us we missed the predicted and longed-for "avalanche"!
