Title: Oshawa Second Marsh area Friday June 9

The male Harlequin Duck is still in Lake Ontario just offshore. It is hangng around with 3-5 drake Common Goldeneyes. Also in the area are 2 Common Megansers, 3 Common Loons, 1 Horned Grebe and 1 Bufflehead.

On the beach in Darlington Provincial Park was 1 Sanderling.

In the Oshawa Second marsh itself there is 3 families of Mute Swans, 2 families of Pied-billed Grebes, and 19 Wood Ducks among the usual species.
