Title: Humber Bay
Post by: Mathieu Siol on December 20, 2008, 05:40:44 PM
Hi all,

a stroll this afternoon in Humber Bay Park produced a nice array of ducks (Common and red-breasted Mergansers, Buffleheads, Long-tailed Ducks, Shovelers, Gadwalls, 3 Black Ducks, mallards). NO luck with the Harlequin Ducks, but I don't know if they have been seen recently. A few American Herring gulls and also a juvenile GLAUCOUS GULL flying eastward.
Also a Song Sparrow and what was probably a Fox Sparrow (very brief sighting which did not allow me to identify with certainty).

Cheers

Mathieu
