Title: Winter birding up the Bruce Penisula
Post by: cabz on January 08, 2009, 07:05:30 AM
If the weather is cooperative, thinking of heading up there mid-February.  Any hot (it will be cold)spots.  I realize lots of birds can be around one day and  the next, narry a one.  I think when I was up on an OFO trip a few years ago with John Miles that it was mention that the dump at Tobermory can be good in winter for gulls and possible Great Gray Owls?  Of course, I will report back if I go.

Any help appreciated.  Good birding

Thank you.
