I was at Ashbridges Park this morning to look for the Western Grebe recently reported (http://outdoorontario.net/birds/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=2545). I didn't manage to spot it and I left before it was later rediscovered (http://www.virtualbirder.com/bmail/ontbirds/200902/16/index.html#4). However, I did count up to 9 Iceland gulls, three in adult and 6 in sub-adult plumage. Most of them were on the west side of the park, at the base, on several floating bridges. Some photos below.
