I had one at my house this morning eating sunflower seeds.  Thought it was a house finch at first.  very nice bird.

I had 2 male purple finch at my feeders today - they came along with close to 200 redpolls/siskins that descended around 2 this afternoon - definitely migration movement, I had no where near that number at the feeders in late January when they were at their peak.

..also saw our first returned Grackle, which doesn't thrill me as they can be obnoxious at the feeders!
