Title: White Crow?

Photographed this bird at Niagara Falls on the weekend. I have never seen a white crow before but this is what it appears to be. Any other suggestions?

I'm pretty sure Brandon Holden reported/photographed a white crow in Niagara either last year or the year before... it was 2007, see here http://www.peregrineprints.com/zz_AMCR_L.htm (http://www.peregrineprints.com/zz_AMCR_L.htm)

Apparently, it's been there for 3 months now.
