Title: Sewage lagoons.

I've been to the Port Perry lagoons and do check out others and have over the years. I'm just wondering why the lagoons at Pt.Perry are so sought out. Are the birds there really any more numerous or varied than say Holland Landing, Townsend or others that makes the permit fee attractive, not that $5 is a major consideration. Just wondering...
