Hi everyone. I'm new to tis site. Can anyone help me id this bird. I think it is Red -Tailed Hawk, male and female.

The perched bird is a Red-tailed Hawk.  The one with the striped tail in the second photo looks like a Coopers Hawk.  It's an accipiter, and based mainly on the relative size versus the Red-tail, I would guess Coopers.
