Hi, I spotted this unusual American Robin today in Woodstock Ontario. It has a great deal of white, and it appears to also have red eyes! Would one call this a "partial albino" or what??

Interesting find for sure. This would called a "Partially leucistic".

Strange plumage, but believe it or not, a very similar photo was just posted on the OFO website: http://www.ofo.ca/photoalbums/current/M ... istic.html (http://www.ofo.ca/photoalbums/current/March/slides/JM_American%20Robinleucistic.html)
Clearly not the same bird, but remarkably similar.

I've had a similar Robin in my yard for the past two years now. Though not as much white as yours, mine has a white band around its middle.
The neat thing about it is I never new if the Robins in my yard were the same ones year after year. But this one came back.
