Migration is moving along slowly but it is moving
Yesterday we found Horned Grebe, Wood Ducks, Hooded Mergansers, N. Goshawk, Sharp-shinned Hawk, many Song Sparrows, White-throated Sparrows, Carolina Wrens ( residents ) Brown Creeper, Pine Siskins, Golden-crowned Kinglets, Long-eared Owl, dozens of Cormorants heading towards The Spit, and the usual suspects to be found down there.
It should pick up after next weeks rains. Watch for southerly winds after northerlies and rain.
