I am very happy to report that their is a mating pair of osprey at the nest at mountsberg :D

Thanks for the "heads-up". I visited today. No sign of the pair at 2pm BUT at 3pm one bird on the nest and another in the nearby trees. I think the bird on the nest (another birder told me it was the female, I cannot confirm) must have been lying low on my first pass!

Margret I think I met you today, as I told another "birder" that the female was in the nest. lol
I went there again today to show my husband the osprey and all the raptors that they have on location.
We saw the male but only for a few minutes, then she settled down into the nest.
(I say she cause she was the bigger of the two, in most birds the male is smaller but I'll have to confirm with google)
Anyways, great to meet you and if your as thrilled as I am; hopefully I'll see you there again!
