You just need the URL to the picture up to the end of the ".jpg".  So you have to strip out the question mark and the things after it.

Great shot Tom, I got some just like it yesterday when my chipping sparrow returned to the apple tree!

...I still don't know how to imbed the pics in a post :-(    (haven't tried lately though)
