Title: A new day, a new bird...
Post by: TomTelford on April 23, 2009, 05:17:43 PM
You guys are gonna get sick of me.

Here's today's new visitor and it looks like it might be a couple of things but it looks most like a female purple finch in my book.  Unfortunately, hasn't let me get very close yet.

That was the other one I was looking at but it had a lighter bib than this bird.

Funny, up until about six months ago I would have looked out at the feeder and thought to myself "nice little sparrow"...
