Title: Unknown Large Bird

Could someone please ID this Bird. I was in my backyard this evening and I saw it come direct from the Niagara Escarpment. Sorry about the bad editing on these photos.

I would say a Great Blue Heron.

Judging by the outline, I'd say either a kestrel or maybe a sharpie?

Red tailed hawks wings come down to the base of the tail.

I searched up the two on google and it appears to be a Kestrel. Thanks for the information.
