Could someone please confirm that this is a Lark Sparrow?

Sorry- not a Lark Sparrow.
Lark Sparrow is a rare visitor to Ontario from the west. There have only been 3 reported this year.

Female/ house sparrow is my 2 cents worth.

I'd venture a guess at female R.Br.Grosbeak. The thickness of bill suggests....I'm not sure about the pink feet though.
-
The head sure makes me think female cowbird but with the single white wing bar and red feet I'm with Faltorvo, female house sparrow.
What's the size? Sparrow/finch or robin/jay?
Tom.

I agree with the House Sparrow, but the head looks weird.

Thanks for the information. I thought it could be something els because the bird looked larger then a House Sparrow and a different head.

I just got my account back!
-
Looks like a female rose-breasted to me... pretty massive bill and distinct markings. Sure like one to come visit our feeders!
-
The bill doesn't look like a Grosbeak bill... I would expect a Grosbeak to have a stubbier bill and also a stronger white line above the eye.
I'll have to look thru the Sibley's later.
edit: I'd go with a female House sparrow. Maybe it's a cross with a Savannah?
