Greetings to all :D
Hope that everybody had a nice long weekend and braved the F5 winds that made it difficult to observe our feathered friends. Had a good outing in the Kirkfeild area on Sunday and then went to Thickson's Woods on Monday.
Enjoy :D

Sanderling

The shorebird is a Least Sandpiper, if I am not mistaken. Wonderful photos!

Going by the greenish legs, I would say the last one is a Least Sandpiper as well.
Nice catch of the Sora too... that's a really hard one to get.

Really nicely captured!

Thanks Andreas and Kin for the correction on the shorebird, I still get stumped on these little guys.
Thanks to all for your comments.
