So I was about to leave for work this morning and I heard all this bird ruckus outside.
A Hawk had grabbed a sparrow right on my back patio so I ran and got my camera:

(By the way, I'm trying to ID this hawk, is it a Northern Harrier?)

That would be a sharp shinned hawk, their main diet is birds.
