Title: Pic of Hawk with Sparrow - Northern Harrier?

So I was about to leave for work this morning and I heard all this bird ruckus outside.

A Hawk had grabbed a sparrow right on my back patio so I ran and got my camera:

Looks like a Sharp-shinned Hawk with a house-sparrow.

Suitable for a wanted poster. Caught red handed - err - clawed! Either Coopers or Sharp-shinned, leaning toward the latter.
