Saw a Canada Warbler in Queen's Park today. I like it's necklace-- looks like a 1990s-style tribal tattoo.
Just started birding this spring on a strange whim and I'm totally hooked now. I think it makes me hallucinate though: "was that a nighthawk?! No, just a pigeon."

i'm new too, and i totally can relate about being addicted, every day is a new adventure and seeing different birds, and hearing their songs trying to identify who is who is just part of the fun!

Hi Newman and Ravynne40 (Irene C.) ... welcome to the forum!
My "true love" of birding started up over 15 years ago. Out for daily nature walks and birding - all these years later, still love seeing what adventure each day will bring with bird and wildlife sightings!
I met a man back in December that's been birding for 70 years!!! Wow, that totally blew me away!
