Title: Uknown Black Bird needs ID

not sure what type of bird this is, i have looked at many pictures, i first thought it might be a starling but the feet and pink beak do not fit

please help Id- ing this poor little fella,

Pic is quite small but it looks like a pigeon or rock dove.

sorry the picture is so small i'm still working on learning how to size them properly
